Quick Tow Phoenix is a dispatch service, not a tow company. We connect drivers in Maricopa County with independent licensed operators. The operator who takes the job sets the price.

What “near me” looks like in Phoenix

  • Phoenix covers more than 500 square miles of Valley. Most dispatch calls hit a zone contractor on the same side of town within a reasonable drive, but we will not promise an arrival window and neither should the operator.
  • Real corridors: I-10 from Buckeye through the Broadway Curve into Tempe, I-17 from Sunnyslope down through the Deck to the West Valley, Loop 202 from Mesa through Chandler, US-60 through Apache Junction, and SR-347 to Maricopa.
  • Common job types: police impounds released to the Phoenix PD Vehicle Impound Unit, private property tows at apartments and HOAs, breakdown tows off I-10 and I-17, and heat related battery or tire calls in summer.

When you call

  • Tell us where the car is, what happened, and what type of help you need (tow, jump start, fuel, lockout).
  • We pass the job to a licensed operator in the right zone.
  • The operator calls you back with a quote and an estimated pickup window.

What we will not do

  • Quote a price before we know the job. Operators set their own rates.
  • Promise a specific arrival time. Phoenix heat, monsoon storms, and freeway closures can move things around.
  • Claim any license, bond, or insurance for the brand. The operators we dispatch carry their own.

Frequently asked questions

Will someone come right now?

We do not promise arrival times. Phoenix covers more than 500 square miles, weather and freeway traffic move things around, and the operator on the job sets the schedule. Ask the operator who calls you back for an estimated pickup window.

How much will it cost?

That depends on the operator and the job. Private property tows in Phoenix are capped at $105 plus $12 per day storage under City Code 36-6. Police impounds are a $150 state admin fee (ARS 28-3513 B) plus $25 per day storage (ARS 28-3511). The operator who takes your job quotes the actual tow.

Do you serve the East Valley?

Yes. Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and Scottsdale are all in our service area. The exact dispatcher on a given job depends on which zone operator is free.

Do you do jump starts and lockouts?

Yes. Most operators we work with offer jump starts, fuel delivery, tire changes, and lockouts in addition to towing. Tell us what you need when you call.

Is there a charge if I cancel?

That depends on the operator. Most will not bill if a truck has not rolled. Ask the operator before they dispatch.
