How much does a tow cost in Phoenix?
How much does a tow cost in Phoenix?

Do you charge extra at night, weekends, or holidays?
The line takes calls day and night. Ask what the call costs when you ring, including any after-hours charge, and you will have the number before the truck rolls.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods are set by the independent operator. Ask which methods are accepted when the operator confirms the quote, before dispatch.
Do you work with insurance or motor clubs?
Coverage and dispatch rules depend on your policy or membership. Contact your insurer or motor club to confirm benefits and whether it must arrange the service; if you call Quick Tow directly, ask the operator what documentation is available before dispatch.
How fast can you get to me?
How fast can you get to me?
Arrival depends on your exact location and an independent operator's availability. Give the line your address, nearest exit or pin location, then ask the operator for an arrival window when the job is confirmed.
What areas do you cover?
We cover metro Phoenix across Maricopa County: Phoenix itself, the East Valley from Tempe and Mesa out to Chandler, Gilbert and Apache Junction, the West Valley from Glendale and Peoria to Avondale, Goodyear and Surprise, and Scottsdale to the north. Pinal-edge towns like San Tan Valley, Maricopa and Gold Canyon are served as long-haul. Give the line the city and cross street and the operator confirms whether the job is in reach.
Do you respond to freeways?
Yes. The I-10 Broadway Curve, I-17 through the Black Canyon, Loop 101, Loop 202 and its South Mountain Freeway, US-60 through the East Valley and SR-51. If DPS or local police are on scene the officer decides who tows and where it goes. A police-ordered impound follows ARS 28-3511, which holds the vehicle 20 days and carries a $150 state administrative fee paid to the impounding department. If the tow is not police-ordered, call the line for an operator-confirmed quote.
What if I break down out near Buckeye, Apache Junction or Surprise?
Those communities are within the metro Phoenix service area. Pin-drop your location or give the nearest exit, cross street or mile marker, describe the vehicle and problem, and let the operator confirm availability and equipment for the job.
Which tow truck does my car need?
Flatbed or wheel-lift - which does my car need?
The correct method depends on the vehicle manufacturer's towing instructions, drivetrain, clearance and whether its wheels roll freely. Give the operator the year, make, model and condition, and check the towing section of the owner's manual before the method is confirmed.
Can you tow my Tesla or EV?
Call with the exact year, make, model, battery state and whether the vehicle can enter its transport or tow mode. The matched operator must confirm the equipment and follow that vehicle's manufacturer instructions before dispatch.
Do you tow motorcycles and RVs?

Do you offer roadside help besides towing?
Can you jump-start my car?
Call with the vehicle year, make and model and describe what happens when you try to start it. The operator confirms whether jump-start service is appropriate and what equipment is available; a shop should diagnose a battery, alternator or starter fault.

Coverage depends on your policy and the circumstances. Contact your insurer to confirm benefits, required dispatch steps and documentation; ask the independent operator what receipt or job details it provides.
Do you coordinate with Arizona DPS and local police departments?
If law enforcement orders the tow, the officer controls the removal and destination. A police-ordered ARS 28-3511 impound goes to an assigned zone-contract tow yard, holds the vehicle 20 days, and carries a $150 state administrative fee paid to the impounding department. If the vehicle is released or the tow is not police-ordered, call the line for an operator-confirmed quote.
Can you tow a vehicle to a specific body shop?
For a tow you request, give the preferred destination when you call and have the operator confirm it before dispatch. A police-ordered tow follows the destination selected by the agency, and a receiving shop may have its own hours or intake rules.
How does private property and HOA towing work?
Can my HOA or apartment get a private-property agreement?
Yes, and Arizona has specific rules, so it is worth being precise. Under ARS 9-499.05 a lot is treated as open to public parking unless it is posted, and a compliant sign must be clearly visible and readable from any point in the lot and at each entrance. It has to state the parking restrictions, what happens to a vehicle in violation, the maximum cost to the violator including storage, and a phone number and address where the vehicle can be located. We do not perform the tow and we hold no tow license. What we do is connect property managers, HOAs and retail landlords with independent licensed operators, and help them get the signage right. The tower also has to phone police within one hour of the tow under ARS 28-4836, and the tow is entered in ACIC within three business days.
What do I do if my car was towed from private property?
First work out who towed it. If it was a trespass tow off a lot, apartment or HOA, the tower had to phone police within one hour under ARS 28-4836, so call the non-emergency police line for the jurisdiction to locate the vehicle, and photograph the lot signs. In Phoenix, a private-property tow is capped by City Code 36-6: a maximum $105.00 total tow charge for a vehicle that reached storage and a maximum $12.00 per day storage. If instead police ordered the impound under ARS 28-3511, that is a separate track: a $150 state administrative fee paid to the department, storage capped at $25 a day, and a 20-day hold.
