How do I clear a vehicle abandoned on my own property?

In Arizona, a property owner can clear a vehicle left on their property with an Abandoned Vehicle Application (Form 46-4402), which carries a $10 non-refundable fee, once the vehicle has sat more than 10 days. The MVD then notifies the registered owner and any lienholder, who have 30 days to reclaim it.
